Two- and three-story MiMo walk-ups from the 1950s make up most of the rental stock here, and that shapes the job. No elevator, so linens and restock bins go up the stairs on someone's shoulder. Older units still run window AC, which throws dust across sills and blinds. We know the buildings off Collins and Harding through the 70s and 80s blocks.
Nightly rates sit below Mid-Beach, so units flip more often. More checkouts, more linen cycles. We shoot condition photos every turnover, so a claim isn't your word against a guest's. Same-day turns work once your calendar's synced to ours.
Getting around Normandy Isle and the causeway
That circle and its one-way loop cost a first-time crew fifteen minutes. Ours know which arm to take. Parking near North Shore Open Space Park and Ocean Terrace is its own problem.
Can you turn a walk-up unit same day?
Yes. We schedule those buildings knowing everything's carried by hand, so the stairs don't push your check-in time.
Do you clean the window AC units?
We wipe the unit face, sill and blinds every turnover. If a filter's filthy or it's dripping, we photograph it and tell you before a guest does.
