We reserve the freight car a day ahead and check in at the loading dock off the side street, not the lobby. Then we work backward from the door: linens swapped, bathrooms, kitchen, restock, and a slow camera pass for whatever got left or broken.
Every tower has its own rules. Brickell Heights, SLS, Rise and Reach — different dock hours, different fobs, valet-only garages. A crew either sits in the loading bay or pays hourly. If a second cleaner is only needed for an hour, they ride the Metromover in from Eighth Street and skip the car.
