Condo-hotel units aren't a regular Airbnb turnover. Between the St. Regis, Harbour House and One Bal Harbour, much of the inventory on the 96th to 102nd stretch of Collins sits in a rental program, and the building sets its own standard for "clean". We clean to that standard. Linens swapped, terrace glass done, closets reset, claim photos of anything scuffed before the next guest arrives.
Security is the other thing. Every arrival means an ID check and a logged badge, so our crew stays credentialed with the buildings we work in rather than losing forty minutes at the desk. The footprint is tiny, though. Once we're in, the next unit is a walk away, so same-day turnovers work here.
Working inside Bal Harbour's condo-hotel buildings
Do you already have vendor credentials for my building?
For several of the towers, yes. If not yours, send the property manager's contact and we'll clear vendor registration before the first turnover, not on the day.
Can you match my building's rental-program housekeeping standard?
Yes. Send their checklist and we'll build the turnover around it, linen counts and restock included, so the unit passes inspection.
